Colorado turns 150 on August 1—and to mark this milestone, we invite you to experience its history in a truly unforgettable way.

Join us for an immersive evening led by Adrian Miller, award-winning culinary author, former White House special assistant, and senior gubernatorial policy analyst, as he shares defining moments in Colorado’s past. Each chapter of the evening will come to life through a curated dish, with every course thoughtfully reflecting a different point in the state’s rich history.

This one-of-a-kind menu is crafted by an extraordinary lineup of Colorado chefs: Alex Seidel, Jordan Aldrich, Aniedra Nichols, Michael Diaz de León, Mackenzie Hyde, and Darren & Jeremy Song.
