During Denver Restaurant Week, our sixth floor rooftop restaurant opens to the public for a limited time, inviting you to get a taste of the Clayton experience.

Enjoy a three course meal for $35 per person in our cozy rooftop setting overlooking Cherry Creek, featuring Neapolitan style pizzas, fresh seasonal dishes, and a sweet finish from our pastry kitchen.

Beef and Pork Meatballs: Whipped ricotta, focaccia, fresh herbs

Caesar Salad: Black pepper vinaigrette, garlic croutons, pecorino

Second Course (choose one)

Margherita Pizza: House mozzarella, tomato, basil

Pepperoni Pizza: Cup and char pepperoni, smoked mozzarella, oregano

Taleggio Pizza: Garlic cream, burnt honey, black pepper

Squash and Prosciutto Pizza: Roasted squash, prosciutto, caramelized onion, aged balsamic

Rooftop Burger: Colorado beef, garlic aioli, white cheddar, challah bun, shoestring fries
