Join us at Uchiko Denver for an intimate, ticketed 10-course omakase dinner led by Founding Chef Tyson Cole and Chef de Cuisine Andres Araujo. This exclusive evening highlights a thoughtful blend of Uchiko classics and signature hearth-fired dishes, alongside one-night-only culinary creations. With limited seating, guests will enjoy a chef led experience as each course is carefully prepared and presented - celebrating the balance of tradition, technique, and flavor that defines Uchiko.

Tickets are $175 per person (minimum of 2 tickets required). Ticket price does not include beverage offerings, tax, or gratuity.

Tickets are non-refundable in the event of a no-show or cancellation with less than 72 hours’ notice.
